1. Who we are (Controller)
The controller is AI & IT Solutions Marcin Gendek (sole proprietorship), registered in Poland. Contact: fleetraai@gmail.com. If applicable: Data Protection Officer (DPO) contact will be provided here.
2. What we do
Fleetra surfaces project-specific feeds and AI summaries of publicly available or user-provided content.
3. What data we collect
- Account data: email, name/handle, password hash (never your plaintext password).
- Product data: projects, filters, bookmarks, feedback, usage logs (timestamps, feature interactions), device/network info (IP address, user agent/headers).
- Content sources: links/IDs to third-party posts (e.g., X/Twitter) and AI summaries we generate about them.
- Payments & subscriptions: via Stripe we receive non-card data like customer ID, subscription status, plan, invoices, and last 4 digits/brand (if Stripe provides); we never store full card numbers or CVC. We may also process Stripe webhooks (e.g., subscription updates, payment status) to keep your account in sync.
- Cookies & analytics: essential session cookies and basic product analytics/error logs. See our Cookie Notice (link in footer) for details.
We do not intentionally collect special categories of data (GDPR Art. 9).
4. Sources
Data comes from you, your authorized integrations/APIs, Stripe (billing events), and publicly available content.
5. Purposes & legal bases (GDPR)
- Provide and maintain the Service (incl. payments): performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b).
- Security, fraud/abuse prevention, rate limiting, service analytics: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f).
- Legal/financial compliance (tax, accounting, consumer laws): legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c).
- Optional communications (news, tips): consent, Art. 6(1)(a), which you can withdraw at any time.
6. AI processing
We generate summaries/insights automatically. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on individuals. You may contact us to understand our high-level logic.
7. Retention
Account data is retained for the life of the account. Logs/analytics are typically kept for 12–18 months. Billing records and invoices are retained as required by tax/accounting laws (generally 5–10 years, depending on jurisdiction). We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.
8. Sharing
We use trusted processors to host, store, send email, run analytics, and process payments. Examples include: cloud hosting (e.g., Vercel), email provider, error monitoring, and Stripe (payments). We sign data-processing agreements and require confidentiality. We do not sell personal data.
9. International transfers
If data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, additional measures).
10. Your rights (EEA/UK)
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Requests: fleetraai@gmail.com.
11. Children
The Service is not intended for individuals under 16. We will delete data if we learn we collected it.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, backups). No method is 100% secure.
13. Third-party content & links
Our summaries may reference third-party posts; external sites have their own privacy practices which we do not control.
14. Payments & Stripe
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or CVC; Stripe tokenizes and secures payment details. We receive customer and subscription metadata, invoice status, and related events to manage your plan. See Stripe’s privacy documentation for more information.
15. U.S. State Privacy (California/CPRA)
We do not sell personal information. We may “share” limited data for essential analytics or service operations. California residents can request access/deletion and to limit the use of sensitive personal information (which we do not intentionally collect). To exercise rights, email fleetraai@gmail.com. We will verify your request consistent with applicable law.
16. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email.
